Perry Dollar

Director and Founder

Perry founded Trident Services Australia after identifying a need in the market for high-standards of specialised security and cleaning services. With a strong focus on customer service, professionalism and leadership, and almost 20 years experience in the security industry, Perry has led Trident to become one of Australia’s premier providers of comprehensive security, cleaning and integrated solutions.

Greg Gately

Managing Director

Greg is an experienced executive and respected leader in the service industry. He is a customer and people focused leader that promotes empowerment and innovation as key cornerstones for service and commercial achievements for his clients. His strategic thinking is brought to life through his coaching development style of team members to execute plans. Understanding the essence of service being relevance, agility and innovation has led Greg to lead and have personal ownership in Trident Services Australia. The organisation has expanded its footprint with respect to service offerings and geographical locations since Greg joined the team.

Norman Shroeder

Executive General Manager – Strategy and Development

Norman has over 25 years experience as an executive in the Integrated Service Sectors of Australia and Europe. With a passion for excellence and exceptional leadership skills, Norman continually drives innovation and improvement in integrated services and is recognised as a leader in the service delivery industry. Norman also has a wealth of experience in developing and implementing new policy and procedural initiatives both from a strategic and tactical level.

Gary Manson

Executive General Manager – Governance, Compliance and Innovation

Gary is a senior professional with a proven history of successful operational excellence, strategic planning, creating new innovations to reduce risk and enhance business processes at all levels.  His decision-making abilities, analytical skills and his eye for detail is realised throughout his entire team as he drives a culture that makes a real difference while at the same time creating a valued and driven culture in the workplace. Gary leads the Risk and Governance, Training and Compliance team in Post Implementation Support, Reviews, Incident Investigation, and in Audits and the Responsive Corrective Actions.  

Gary has gained years of aviation experience throughout his career in various management and operational roles with elite Aviation organizations such as Virgin Australia and Qantas as well as the global facility services company ISS Facility Services across multiple portfolios within Australia. His demonstrated success in the facility services industries of leading performance improvement, development and implementation of corporate services, safety and quality programs, innovations, business intelligence and strategies that help drive and support business has enabled Gary to be well-respected by both industry and Government Agencies alike.


Steven Grant

Executive General Manager – Aviation and Government Affairs

Steve worked closely with the office of Inspector General Emergency Management and was instrumental in building systemised quality assurance processes into Queensland’s emergency management arrangements. Similarly, Trident has shifted the focus of performance assessment of its services to one of continuous improvement that prioritises outcomes over outputs and improvement over compliance.

Steve’s expansive network into Local, State and Federal Governments and agencies associated with aviation security provides Trident Services with access to real-time information and intelligence; and insight into the intent of government for aviation security policy and program development.
Steve’s achievements as a senior executive across a variety of service-oriented landscapes coupled with his academic qualifications evidences his account management and operational decision-making capacity.

Helen Mills

Chief Financial Officer

Helen joined Trident in 2004 and is responsible for the financial management of the business. Helen provides strategic guidance for the business and works closely with clients finance teams to ensure governance in this disciplined is achieved to the expected standard for both organisations. Helen has qualifications in business management and management accounting. This combined with 16 years of experience in management and accounting ad 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ensures that Trident always remains a financially sound.

Don Farley

General Manager - Operations, Retail and Commercial

Don has 16 years experience in the security industry combined with 20 years experience working with the Queensland Fire Service. Don ensures that Trident Services Australia is both efficient and effective in all of its practices, including employment. Client liaison is one of the cornerstones of Trident’s service offering and Don ensures that Trident’s staff embody the business’ client-focused culture.

Gary Rose

National Manager Audits and Systems Implementation

Gary Rose has over 12 years’ experience in the Aviation Transport Security Industry. Gary was with the ISS Aviation & Transport team to manage training and compliance at a Site and Special Project level. Gary started in Aviation Transport Security as a site Duty Manager at Brisbane Airport and then stepped into the role of Training Manager. Gary has also served as a relief Key Account Manager at various National category 1 Airports and was a key figure for the ISS Senior Management team at Brisbane Airport. Gary ‘s role now encompasses  National Systems and Compliance Management and Transitioning Aviation sites for Trident.

Gary continues to use his extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver high standards to Tridents clients. Gary Rose also possess a deep understanding of operational processes and administrative duties required to ensure a well-functioning team within an aviation environment.


Alison Clark

National WHS&E Manager

Alison is a qualified and accomplished HSEQ professional with 5 years’ experience in various service industry sectors including the aviation industry with Virgin Australia. Alison has excellent interpersonal skills and has demonstrated the ability to rapidly gain trust and respect from management, clients and employees.

Alison has achieved strong recognition through awards including the NSCA National Safety Awards of Excellence Winner of Best Communication of a Safety Message 2014 and her commitment to the well-being of individuals in the workforce and driving a continued safety and quality culture. Alison also has extensive auditing experience across various standards including AS/NZS 4801, and ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000.

Carolyn Powell

National Training Manager

Trident’s National Training Manager, Carolyn Powell has over 31 years’ experience in aviation and maritime security having worked in both the Commonwealth Government and in Commercial Industry. Carolyn has been instrumental in developing and leading Aviation Protection Officer training programs in numerous airports across Australia and In Indonesia and continues in her present role to ensure service delivery excellence in the Aviation Training systems and processes employed by Trident Services.

Carolyn was a founding member of the Screening Competency Based Working Group which was established to provide Screening Officers with the knowledge and capability to effectively perform their assigned duties and enable their transferrable national accreditation.  Carolyn worked for  almost 7 years as a Cross Modal Aviation and Maritime Transport Security Inspector with the Government Agency now known as The Department of Home Affairs-Office of Transport Security.


Damien Barbour

National Manager Audits and Systems Implementation

Damien conducts audit activities in the workplace to ensure compliance with current legislation, client requirements and ‘best practice’ procedures. Damien works as an active member of the Trident Compliance team in the management of Trident’s various quality and safety systems. He has assisted in major project rollouts and the implementation of new and innovative programs in Airports across Australia. His experience and valuable input when conducting Systems Testing in Airports has positively influenced the conduct at Screening Points.
