Security Booking Request Form

  • If you require the guard at the same start and finish times over a number of consecutive days, please complete the first two lines, if the dates are not consecutive and the times vary please complete day by day.

  • Terms Of Service

    1) TO SECURE SECURITY REQUEST: Please note 4hrs payment in advance is required to secure your booking. Remainder of hours will be invoiced upon completion.

    Payment can be made by:
    - Credit card (surcharge applies) by calling head office on 07 3395 6311
    - Bank transfer. A copy of remittance must be emailed to accountsreceivable@tridentservices.com.au

    2) CANCELLATION – we require at least 2 hours notice should the security no longer be required by calling 07 3395 6311, failure to advise on time will incur a 4 hour minimum charge.

    3) By agreeing to the terms of service, the person/company requesting and submitting this form accepts responsibility for payment of all invoices relevant to these requested works.
