Our Security Portfolio
RETAIL AND Commercial
We provide professional security services to more than 40 retail centres, keeping people and property safe.
Licensing and entry requirements:
- Cert II in Security Operations
- Crowd Control
- First Aid including CPR

Aviation
We partner with several Australian airports maintaining and enhancing aviation security to protect people, essential aviation services and critical infrastructure.
Licensing and entry requirements:
- Cert II in Transport Security Protection (Potential scholarships / Course reimbursement)
- Drug and Alcohol Management Plan testing**
- Aviation Security Identification Card**
- National Police Check**
- Medical Assessment, including colour blindness testing**
- Up-to-date vaccination
PARKLANDS and events
Our Security Officers work across iconic public parklands and at major events keeping people and property safe.
Licensing and entry requirements:
- Cert II in Security Operations
- Crowd Control
- First Aid including CPR
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- National Police Check**

Training Programs
Our team members have access to nationally recognised training programs, including:
Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement)
Designed to equip you with the necessary skills to deal with complex customer interactions, managing conflict and customer complaints and providing support to a team environment, as well as other business writing and communication skills
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Covers training design, training delivery and assessment activities allowing you to:
- Deliver nationally-recognised training
- Provide on-the-job instruction in a workplace environment, including one-to-one traineeship training
- Conduct workplace assessments and skill audits
- Work as an enterprise trainer
- Coach and mentor staff
- Become a confident presenter and facilitator of learning
Scholarship Opportunities
Our team members have the potential to undertake scholarship qualifications including:
Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (TSP) – Aviation Security Officer Traineeship
Qualification Description
This qualification provides individuals with specialist skills to operate effectively as a domestic and international airport screening officer. You will be able to perform transport security screening functions including, controlling access to security sensitive areas, undertaking physical searches, and identifying and handling weapons, explosives and prohibited items.
