What is Neptune?
Neptune is an internal communication channel to connect all Trident employees across our 40 plus sites.
On Neptune, you can easily find relevant information, documents, and policies; stay up to date with news; and connect and collaborate with your colleagues.
You can share your own stories and news via a dedicated news form found on the home page of Neptune.
How do I access Neptune?
Employees with a @tridentservices.com.au email address can log on to Neptune on your Trident laptop or PC via your work email address.
If you don’t have a Trident email address, there are a few ways you can access Neptune.
On your operations shift phone
You can access Neptune on your operations shift phone. The Neptune app has been added to all operations shift phones. Click on the Neptune tile, pictured to the right, to access Neptune on your Ops shift phone.
The Neptune tile has also been added to the Kronos App and should appear next to the Punch In/Out tile and Payslips tile. Click on this tile to access Neptune.
On a site computer
You can access Neptune on a shared site computer if you have one at your location. All site computers should have Neptune set as the homepage to make it easy for you to access.
On a personal device
You can also access Neptune on a personal phone or home computer via a link emailed to your personal email address. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions on screen to connect to Neptune. If you have not received an email with a link to Neptune, and you would like one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
